- Ministry registrations
- Facebook and Instagram Instant Forms
- Prayer and care forms
- Other church or ministry forms
What that information can include
Depending on the form, that information may include:
- First and last name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Preferred language
- Event or registration information
- Prayer requests
- Ministry interests
- Any other information the person chooses to submit
How information may be used
We use information to serve people well. For example, to:
- Respond to questions and messages
- Help people connect with the church
- Provide ministry follow-up
- Manage events and registrations
- Send the information a person requested
- Communicate, when appropriate, about ministries, events, services or opportunities to serve
- Provide pastoral or care follow-up when someone requests it
- Understand engagement and improve our services and ministry operations
Technology and service providers
To operate the church we use trusted platforms and service providers that process information on our behalf, including services for church management, registration, communications, email, text messaging, advertising, website hosting, analytics and ministry administration.
We share with them only what is needed to provide that service. Iglesia Cristiana Nuevo Pacto does not sell personal information.
SMS consent
Providing a phone number, by itself, does not constitute consent to receive marketing or promotional SMS messages.
Text messages that require consent are sent only when a person has given the appropriate consent for that purpose.
Anyone receiving those messages may opt out by following the instructions provided with the communication.
Facebook and Instagram lead forms
When someone voluntarily submits information through a Facebook or Instagram Instant Form associated with Iglesia Cristiana Nuevo Pacto, we may receive the information that person chose to submit and use it according to this Privacy Policy.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the personal information in our care. At the same time, no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Data retention
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for ministry, administrative, legal, recordkeeping or communication purposes.
Access, correction and deletion
Anyone may contact us by phone or in writing to request:
- Access to their personal information
- Corrections
- Updates
- Deletion, when appropriate
Children
For children's ministry we may collect information about minors when it is necessary for registration, safety, check-in, events or communication with parents.
That information should be provided by a parent, guardian or authorized adult when appropriate.
